First, second and third Charges

We will lend on a First, second and third charge basis. This means that we can lend on unencumbered commercial properties, investment properties, uninhabitable properties and land on a first charge basis.

If you already have a mortgage on any type of freehold property or land and there is sufficient equity we can lend on a second and third charge basis.
