We can arrange finance on agricultural land for any number of acres. The loan to value is generally restricted to 65% but we can lend to 100% with additional security.

Bridging Loans on agricultural land can be for any purpose, both short term and long term finance is available.

Loans available in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Eire.

Most bridging loans are not regulated by the FSA.
