1st, 2nd and 3rd Charges

We will lend on a 1st, 2nd and 3rd charge basis. This means that we can lend on unencumbered commercial properties, investment properties, uninhabitable properties and land on a 1st charge basis.

If you already have a mortgage on any type of freehold property or land and there is sufficient equity we can lend on a 2nd and 3rd charge basis.
